Need help with your ClearDB database? Having trouble doing something that ordinarily “just works”? We’re here to help.
We suggest that you open a support case with our 24/7 Support team through your ClearDB dashboard for the fastest response.
In addition, if you enter your Customer Account ID number, Subscription ID number and/or your Database name, the ClearDB Support team can make an initial assessment prior to responding to your support inquiry.
If you are a Marketplace (ex: Azure or Heroku) customer, you should click through from your Marketplace account page to the ClearDB dashboard. You can now click on the name of the database, and then go to the Support Cases tab to create a support ticket.

Once we receive your support request, we will verify your account and begin to diagnose and identify the problem that you’re experiencing. If we need more information, one of our team members will contact you. Once we have resolved the issue, we’ll send you an email asking for you to verify that the problem has been rectified. Upon conformation that the problem has been resolved, we’ll close the issue.
